Insert consumer and account data by and putting text based and numerical information from source documents with in time limits compile verify accuracy and short information according to properties to prepare source data for computer entry review data for defensive or errors correct any in compatibility is possible and check output research and obtain for the information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedure generator reports store completed work in designated location and perform backup operation scan documents and print files, when did it keep information confidently.
Respond queries for information and access relevant files company with Data integrity and security policy ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunction.
Required skills
- Proven data entry work experience as a data entry operator or office clerk
- Experience with MS office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment like fax machine and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling grammar and punctuation
- Confidently organisation skills, with an ability to stay focus on assigned task
- High School diploma additional computer training on certification will be an asset
- Fresh graduate and FSC graduates can also apply
- Job type is full time part time, contract, fresher
- Salary provide after selection is 32000 to 38000 per month
