Job Requirements:
- To ensure customer and quality services division is complying with all service standards of the bank
- To implement service monitoring tools and drive process improvement initiatives for all segments of the bank to meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure uninterrupted service monitoring of various segments of the bank
- Design and implement strategies to create awareness and accountability of service monitoring
- Improve and implement SLA (Service Level Agreement) of various segments
- Identify and develop service monitoring opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to excel on customer satisfaction
- Ensure the smooth functioning of process improvement initiatives within the designated segment
- Team Management Skills: Develop and manage the team with efficiency and effectiveness
Skills:
- Outstanding Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills(both written and verbal)
